Preparing meals for the family can be a daunting task. They just want to be fed every. Single. Day! What is it with that? I mean, would it really matter if we skipped a meal here or there? I know I could certainly do with a few less calories per week! Unfortunately, my family doesn’t agree. As you have probably guessed by now, I am a shortcut kind of gal. If there is an easier way to do something, I am going to try and find it. And when it comes to meal preparation, I think I have found a couple of techniques that are extremely helpful.
